This was observed the third or fourth day of lying snow. It brought further heavy snow to the area.

Temporary bus stop at Llanrug Square
With the bus services in the Caernarfon area having been badly affected for many days by the adverse weather, and following heavy snow overnight, the Padarnbus Company decided to provide a direct service along the A4086 which did not go into any of the villages enroute. Would-be passengers gathered at various points on the main road.
