Safle'r Pafiliwn - The Pavilion Site
The old Pavilion Building and West End Garage were demolished in 2003 and permission was granted for a major development of 62 apartments. However the project was abandoned in 2008 and the land repossessed by the bank. The site remains a derelict eyesore on the promenade with little prospect of further progress.

Driving Test Centre, Pwllheli
Located at 33 Cardiff Road LL53 5NT, this driving test centre carries out practical driving tests in the Pwllheli area. A notice indicating that it is a DTC can be seen in the ground floor window to the right of the door, whilst the television aerials at the front of the building are directed towards the TV transmitter at Blaenplwyf, South of Aberystwyth, SN5675 refers. The road to the right of the DTC is named Heol Hamdden, Heol being the Welsh name for Street.
