St Beuno's Well, Gwyddelwern
Easily missed as you approach Gwyddelwern from the north, this is said to be the saint's baptismal well. Tradition has it that a nearby stone bears the mark of Beuno's horse's hoof.

St Beuno Churchyard
A very well-kept graveyard at St Beuno's, Gwyddelwern, which has some very old graves dating back to the 17th C. The yew is noted on the Ancient Yew Trees website - "A hollowed out tree with strikingly coloured bark. When it lost its crown it was severely cut back, on one side at about 10', the other at about 14'. It appears to be making a good recovery".

Happy to report that the church has had some "tlc" and that the shrubs sprouting from the spire have been removed! Image
