Neuadd Edeyrnion, Corwen
The building now houses Corwen's Library and One Stop Shop. There is a green plaque to the left of the door which states that the novelist John Cowper Powys lived here between 1935 and 1955 and wrote two novels while living in Corwen. The keystone above the door notes that the building dates from the year of Queen Victoria's Jubilee, 1887.

The churchyard of Saint Mael and Saint Sulien's Church, Corwen
The western aspect of the church and churchyard. Saint Mael and Saint Sulien's Church in Corwen dates from the twelfth century although the tower was built later possibly in the 14th century. In the 18th century, money was raised to carry out extensive alterations to make the church lighter, more comfortable and less gloomy. The church is dedicated to St Mael and St Sulien, two Celtic saints of the sixth century, though it has been suggested that an earlier foundation stood on the hill above.
