Rural property
I love what they have done with the front garden here. Nothing. I often see rural properties where the resident obviously has zero interest in aesthetics, appearance, shrubs, gardening, ways of expressing themselves or setting off their property to advantage. I assume that they are too busy with important matters like actual farming, feeding the nation, animal welfare and farm finances. But I say to the owner or tenant here; imagine a single pink blossomed cherry tree flourishing in the front lawn in a small circular bed... It would show people that you have an eye for the finer things, are a human being with a deeper side, that you appreciate beauty, transcience, and can reference such esoteric things as Japanese art, poetry and higher matters. Nope? Oh well....

No-through Road sign and footpath signs
A nice combo. The hedge-cutter has damaged the signs - contractors love to do this, I think. It could show a lack of skill or care, but I doubt that, I think that they like to damage the road signs and footpath signs, as I have seen so many knocked about, torn or knocked awry. If I cut hedges I would look for ways to entertain myself on mundane, repetitive tasks that are essentially thankless, unacknowledged and ignored by most people. Dinking signage without actually destroying it might be a low level under the radar style way of vandalising things without people perceiving that is what is in fact being done.
