Previously an Inn dating from the mid 19 th century. Named because of the distance shown on the milestone outside. 3 miles to Wrexham. The graveyard next to the house belonged to the Adwy Chapel.

Coedpoeth Library
Built as a Carnegie Free Library in 1904. Carnegie libraries are libraries which were built with money donated by Scottish-American businessman Andrew Carnegie. 1,689 were built in the United States, 660 in Britain and Ireland. There is also a plaque over the door to honour Harold Tudor, who was the inspiration behind the Llangollen International Eisteddfod.
