Public footpath near Snarrow's Sewage Treatment Works
Heading south to the yellow post indicating that the path passes just outside the sewage works. I tried to negotiate this section, but was quickly beaten back by the head-high nettles and the huge tangle of brambles. I've since seen this path included in two published circular walks in guide books and both say 'at certain times of the year the path may be overgrown'. In my view it would be impossible at any time of the year and there isn't even an easy detour as the hedge on the right cannot be scaled. One of the worst cases I've ever seen!
