Woodstone Community Primary School
Woodstone Community Primary School was formed by combining two local primary schools in Snibston and Ravenstone. The school moved from separate sites to a completely new school just before Easter 2006 even though the landscaping and boundary fences were unfinished.

The inscription reads: // TO / ASHBY / DELAZOUCH / 4 / TO / LEICESTER / 13 //. C19, erected by the Ashby-de-la-Zouch Turnpike Trust. Not listed by Historic England.
