Christmas lights at The Haymarket Memorial Clock Tower
The clock tower was built in 1868 and is in the centre of Leicester. It is at the point where five major streets (Gallowtree Gate, Humberstone Gate, Belgrave Gate, Church Gate and Eastgates) meet.

If you look carefully, you can see the 'Restrictive street furniture' in the foreground. Gallowtreegate is in a period of change and just for now, the surface is finest Tarmac. Maybe it's the finished product???
