Nos. 88 and 86 Castle Grove
Ordnance Survey records indicate that a benchmark levelled at 62.250m above Newlyn Datum was verified in 1970 on the side of the right hand house at its front corner. The house now has a garage extension on this face: it is possible the benchmark still exists inside the garage
