Statue of Henry Schneider, Barrow-in-Furness
Henry Schneider (1817 – 1887) was a British industrialist who played a leading role in the development of Barrow-in-Furness.
The statue is situated on a roundabout on Duke Street at the intersection with Michaelson Road. Built in 1891, the statue is bronze on a granite pedestal. It is a Grade II Listed Building. http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101283025-statue-of-henry-schneider-barrow-in-furness#.WZBzPDGWw5s
