Highland Park Distillery Pagoda
One of our finest malt whiskies, Highland Park distillery was established in 1798. It uses Aberdeenshire barley, turned by hand while fermenting. Local peat from Hobbister Hill is also used in the distilling process. Finished whisky is sent south for bottling. The pagoda is a distinctive feature of whisky distilleries.
