Oakleigh Avenue, Tolworth
A street of bow-fronted semis much like many in the Surrey suburbs - though I am sure you could find a pretty good match in Edgware, Southgate, or the Kent suburbs. I'd guess this development dates from the 1930's.
The bins - provided by the local authority - are for glass re-cycling.
