This office block, across Coombe Road from the church car park, appeared to be vacant and "to let" at the time of the photograph. A web search suggests it was most recently occupied by "Textainer Equipment Management".

Groves Dental Centre, New Malden
The dental practice is situated on the corner of Coombe Road and Lime Grove. The mock-Tudor building is a common early 20th century architectural style in this part of South London. In the foreground is a zebra crossing and next to the dental centre is Travis Perkins (builders merchants).
