Houses on Burlington Rd
The majority of these houses are red brick semi-detached houses although many have been extended. The nearest house has an insurance agency on the ground floor.

High Street architecture, New Malden
One of a very few buildings of this age left on the west side of the street. This seems to be the end block of a row that extended to the left from here. Another one and half similar blocks also survive further along. They seemed to be just houses with small front gardens, along with several others along the road. Shops were then only towards the north end of the street.
