High Street architecture, New Malden
One of a very few buildings of this age left on the west side of the street. This seems to be the end block of a row that extended to the left from here. Another one and half similar blocks also survive further along. They seemed to be just houses with small front gardens, along with several others along the road. Shops were then only towards the north end of the street.

High Street architecture, New Malden
Two of a very few buildings of this age left on the west side of the street. That on the right was once part of a pair too, according to old maps. They seemed to be just houses with small front gardens, along with several others along the road. Pity about the left half of the left one!
