Looking across Richmond Road to Dukes Avenue. This part of Ham is in Kingston while the border was changed a few years ago shifting half the area here between Richmond and Kingston and vice versa. No one appears to know why.

New houses on the Hawker site, Kingston
Hawker aviation occupied the entire block here until it was demolished and replaced in the 90s by these houses. The only condition was they kept the leisure centre for the public which was taken over by the YMCA and is very busy at all times of the day.
