Old Milestone by the A246, Epsom Road, West Horsley
Carved stone post by the A246, in parish of WEST HORSLEY (GUILDFORD District), Epsom Road, East of junction of Shere Road with Ripley Lane, opposite car sales, on grass verge behind reflector bollards, on South side of road. Leatherhead cut stone, erected by the Leatherhead & Stoke next Guildford turnpike trust in the 19th century.

Painted in British Racing Green, with a yellow stripe, the colours used by the Lotus F1 team until the end of the 1967 season. Announced this month; Lotus to return to F1 in 2010.
