23 High Street
Known as Tylney House, this building in High Street has a distinctive frontage. I have yet to ascertain its history, although it appears in photos of the High Street from around 1920. In 2018 it was purchased by Mole Valley District Council, along with no 21 (to its left) as part of its "Transform Leatherhead" masterplan.

Entrance to the Swan Shopping Centre
The entrance to the 1982-built Swan Shopping Centre off High Street. The name commemorates the Swan Hotel which stood next to this site for around 300 years until demolition in 1936, with this entrance being on the site of the associated brewery.
