Known as Tylney House, this building in High Street has a distinctive frontage. I have yet to ascertain its history, although it appears in photos of the High Street from around 1920. In 2018 it was purchased by Mole Valley District Council, along with no 21 (to its left) as part of its "Transform Leatherhead" masterplan.
