Kingston upon Thames, Druids Head
Historic public house on Market Place, dating back to C17. Internally, central counter with eating and drinking areas front, left, right and back, and garden. Some wooden panelling and exposed brickwork, fine staircase leading to upstairs areas, games machines and background music. Nine cask ales were on offer at my visit. Kingston-upon-Thames - Clattern Bridge
Historic (earliest reference 1293) bridge spanning the Hogsmill River. The lower stonework is still extant, but now topped with more modern brickwork. The bridge carries the High Street, part of the old London-Portsmouth Road.
