Frosted Twigs
The twigs of the trees by the path down from Culduthel Road to the river bank are still encrusted with yesterday's frozen snow, because the temperature has remained below freezing for several days.

Fraser Darling House, Culduthel Road
Located at the junction with Mayfield Road, the substantial sandstone-built house has most recently been used as office accommodation for Scottish Natural Heritage. The house is Category C Listed. The sign shows it to be currently for sale, and detailed planning permission exists for conversion of the building into six self-contained apartments.
