Located at the junction with Mayfield Road, the substantial sandstone-built house has most recently been used as office accommodation for Scottish Natural Heritage. The house is Category C Listed. The sign shows it to be currently for sale, and detailed planning permission exists for conversion of the building into six self-contained apartments.
