The Plough Inn, Rosemarkie
Seen from down the High Street there is an unsettling feeling that there are slopes in the construction of the building where horizontal surfaces would have been expected. The pub is narrow and long - the length being hidden in this front-on view.

The Plough Inn, Rosemarkie
The attractive village inn is C-listed (LB31863 http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB31863 ) and the stone tablet over the door reads: Established / 1691 / Rebuilt by / John Robb / 1907. It appeared to be closed when we visited the Black Isle in April 2022.
