College Street and Bridge Street corner, Ipswich
Situated at the western end of the proposed waterfront developments at Ipswich Dock, the small listed building in the centre of the photo (4 College Street) will soon be converted, along with the neighbouring silo, into high-rise flats, shops and offices. Full planning permission was granted in February 2007. In the background, new apartments are being constructed on the site of the former Cranfields Mill.

Trouble at t'Mill
The Mill apartment block, built on the former site of Cranfield's Mill, suffered financial problems during construction and low occupancy on completion, and then some of the facade (the centre of the narrow face) was blown off in a storm in October 2013. It looks as though it has only been partly tidied up, not yet properly reinstated.
