Registration number 1062B2. It is below http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3893741. Unlike the one on Belstead Road http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3892525 (which is really the same road with a different name) there is no brick wall behind it.

Ipswich: Stoke Hall
Stoke Hall, or The People's Hall (not to be confused with the mansion Stoke Hall which stood nearby from 1744 to 1915), was built as a Methodist mission hall before passing through various other uses: at the time of this picture it was for sale again.

An interesting building (perhaps a 'function venue' now?) on Burrell Road, with St Mary's (Grade I listed) Anglican church in Old Stoke in the background. Access into the city - via Stoke Bridge - lies several minutes away behind the photographer.
