New apartment block, Ipswich
This apartment block, together with other low rise housing, is being built on the former Compair Reavell site, off Ranelagh Road, Ipswich, on the southern bank of the River Gipping. The company moved from this site in 2005 to a new site on the edge of the town. The construction of the apartment block is being undertaken by Fairview New Homes Ltd.
