Old Milepost by the A144, Halesworth Road, Mells
Metal plate, badly broken, attached to stone post by the A144, in parish of Wenhaston with Mells Hamlet (Suffolk Coastal District), Mells, 100m South East of railway bridge, on South-west side of road. Garrett face iron casting, erected by the Ipswich to South Town, & Darsham to Bungay Turnpike Trust in the 19th century.
