Start of footpath towards Thorpeness
Along the route of the railway line, which was axed in the Beeching cuts of the 1960s. No trace remains of the station, which was in this area.

Roundabout and houses, Victoria Road, Aldeburgh
The houses were constructed opposite Aldeburgh Railway Station which opened in 1860 and closed in 1966. The roundabout sits on the site of the station buildings which were cleared in 1975.
