Debenham War Memorial
Tucked away and neglected in the corner of the churchyard almost as if it was an unwelcome intrusion. It bears the names of 33 men lost in WW1 and a further 6 in WW2.

Closed off Galilee Chapel and west entrance, Debenham church
The Galilee chapel of Debenham church - one of the features Pevsner singles out for notice in the Suffolk volume of "The Buildings of England" lies above an extended west porch, but both were closed off and signposted as dangerous. Within the church, the west end of the nave and the area under the tower was likewise off limits, presumably awaiting restoration works.
