Ilford Lane, near Henley Road.
It is a very wet Sunday afternoon but it has not kept people at home. There are numerous shops and restaurants beyond this point, many catering for Asian customers.

Henley Road, Ilford
Ilford Lane is surrounded by a grid of 19th century houses on long straight roads, such as this. Note the speed bumps -- the road would once have tempted drivers to go far too fast for the conditions. (There is almost no off street parking so the parked cars will hide many hazards.)
