View of Lighting Zone from Ilford High Road
This vibrant lighting shop has been here for about 3 years and for obvious reasons has fast become my favourite shop in this whole parade of shops, especially at night! It has very recently diversified into selling bathroom supplies too. The shop name has colour-changing LEDs and there are several types of LED lights and chandeliers on display in its window. Looking north-northwest.

Ilford Spiritualist Church
The High Road offers a wide range of places of worship - Church of England, Roman Catholic, Baptist, Spiritualist, Pentecostal and Evangelical all within a kilometre. The 1946 OS map shows this as a Unitarian church, so it has changed denomination at some time since then. It was built in 1909.
