This DTC is located at 84 Tanner Street IG11 8QF and carries out practical driving tests for cars
and ADI Part 3. The nearest Theory Test Centre is in Ilford where candidates have to pass such
tests before they can take their practical tests.

View over the lines approaching Barking station from a 169 bus on Northern Relief Road
Today I was lucky enough to be on a 169 bus which was on diversion because of its usual route along Ilford Lane being closed due to a collision, which gave me the opportunity to get this unusual shot of the lines approaching Barking station from the top deck! A Class 710 London Overground train can be seen entering Barking station on the Barking to Gospel Oak line. Looking north-northwest.

East Thames Barking and Dagenham Foyer
The organization running this describes a 'Foyer' as "A place where young people can live and receive support to enable our residents to achieve their goals".
Also in this view is Barking (LT) signal box. All LTS Network Rail signalling is now controlled from Upminster, the two systems being entirely separate.
