East Thames Barking and Dagenham Foyer
The organization running this describes a 'Foyer' as "A place where young people can live and receive support to enable our residents to achieve their goals". Also in this view is Barking (LT) signal box. All LTS Network Rail signalling is now controlled from Upminster, the two systems being entirely separate.
