Brock Well Lane
Looking downhill from outside Brock Well House itself. This is, I presume, a private road. The top part of the lane towards St Peter's Avenue is only a footpath.

Brockwell Lane, and Sowerby Bridge FP97
Brockwell Lane, from here to Haugh End lane, is an unadopted street. FP97 comes down the upper end of the lane, from St Peter's Avenue, and then between the iron posts down to cross Lower Brockwell on its way to the A58.

Brock Well House
The house is listed grade II (list entry 1134552) where it is described as a former mill owner's house "dated 1766 but probably c1800". The mill itself was already disused by the early 20th century and most of its buildings are no longer extant.
