Church Row, Kingston upon Hull
At the junction with Cleveland Street, and opposite Eagle Terrace, Church Row is a cul-de-sac. Known locally as Groves Foundry there has been a foundry on this site since the 19th century. Incorporated as T H Dick & Co in 1929 it was owned and run by the Dick family until 1971 when it was taken over by the Smith brothers and is still in family ownership today. In 1971 the company was the smallest of five jobbing iron foundries in the city. Now twice its original size, it is currently not only the last jobbing iron foundry left in Kingston upon Hull but also in the surrounding area. http://thdick.co.uk/index.php

Opposite Sitwell Street, Eagle House, now Eagle Business Centre, No.69 Cleveland Street. Undoubtedly named after the adjacent Eagle Terrace, the building is probably a former Victorian mill.
