Nos.11 Pear Tree Cottage, and 13 Lime Tree Cottage. The footpath to the west of No.13 leads to Lime Tree Avenue. There is a void to the east of No.11, Nos.7 & 9 having been destroyed by bombing in March 1941.

Nos.14 Forget-Me-Not Cottage, 12, 10, 8 The Hollies, dated 1864, and 6 Willow Tree Cottage, Watson Street, formerly Back Street. Nos. 12 & 14 have retained their arched brick lintels over the ground floor windows and doors, a typical Sutton vernacular feature.
