Tree sculpture, Hull
Carved tree stump at the end of Victoria Avenue. It one of many similar carved trees which decorate the verges of The Avenues area.

Chanterlands Avenue, Kingston upon Hull
St Ninian's Presbyterian Church opened 1932, designed by J.F. Parkinson. Gothic features. The building was originally intended as the church hall, but has served as a place of worship to this day. In 1972 the Presbyterian Church of England and the Congregational Union in England & Wales came together to form the United Reformed Church. Chanterlands Avenue Railway Bridge
This bridge carries the loop line from the docks east of Hull, and whilst appearing to be in poor condition, is in regular use. The railway embankment acts as a wildlife corridor.
The dip under the bridge floods during periods of heavy rain.
This end of the avenue postdates the railways, being built in the early 1900s.

St Ninian's Walk, Hull
St Ninian's Walk is a footpath/snicket that runs between Chanterlands Avenue and Ella Street. The house on the right is one of several 'modernist' style architect-designed houses along the path.
