Near to the junction with Prospect Street, one of the 'iconic' K6 cast-iron telephone kiosks designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott in 1935. The boxes are without the royal crown and are cream-painted, being unique to the former Hull Corporation Telephone Department. Further information: http://www.the-telephone-box.co.uk/kiosks/k6_hull/
