Brook Chambers, Nos.91 & 93 Ferensway, a City Council development of 1934. Neo-Georgian building, designed by Scarlett & Ashworth, of shops and flats on the east side of Ferensway at the junction with Brook Street.

20-30 Brook Street, Hull
The upper floors are recessed in a stone frame, and broken up by seven bow windows with red spandrels. An unusual motif for post-war buildings.
