At the rear of No.10 Willow Grove, a former warehouse, latterly converted into a four-bedroom house. Although now known as 'The Warehouse, Pasture Terrace', the brick pier at the drive entrance carries a plate with '10 Willow Grove'.

Willow Grove, Beverley, Yorkshire
Dwellings in Willow Grove. The brick retaining wall is to protect properties from the risk of flooding. Found to be ineffective consequential of the floods of 2007, it was subsequently rebuilt to a depth of 2.5 metres. Cattle are grazing on the adjoining Westwood pasture, granted to the townspeople in 1379-80.

Willow Grove and floodwater from Beverley Westwood
The houses stand behind a brick flood wall. The houses were built in the 1850's and named after the Willow trees on the original site which was earlier known as Willow Springs or Willowes Well. Willows love water so with that history it is no surprise that this is a regular winter sight
