New homes, Beverley South
Recently-built terrace fronting on to the roundabout on the A164 Minster Way. They are among the first of the projected 900 properties to be built by Linden Homes https://www.lindenhomes.co.uk/developments/yorkshire/south-minster-pastures-beverley on the development dubbed 'South Minster Pastures'.
The 90-acre site will eventually also include a park-and-ride facility with up to 500 parking spaces.

Housing development, Beverley South
Some of the groundworks, as well as early completed houses on the extensive 'South Minster Pastures' development of 900 homes between the town and the southern relief road. Seen from the Spark Mill Lane public bridleway, work in this area currently appears to be installing drainage and services.
