Cobble beach
A fantastic beach of glacial cobbles on the Coalas Bhatersay. The water here is smooth, but wind and swell are making big breakers further out to sea

Vatersay: postbox № HS9 18, Caolas
A standard Elizabeth II-reign box on a pole, with its back to Caolas Bhatarsaigh (Vatersay Sound). It is emptied daily except Sunday at 9:30am and is one of two postboxes on Vatersay.
