The shop has remained more-or-less empty for three years since Ross-on-Wye's last independent newsagent business closed. On the corner of Broad street and New Street.

A building society and a pub are cheek-by-jowl on Broad Street in the town centre.

At 9:45am the town centre should be bustling, but the cold wet weather rules the day!

A local nurseryman has been selling plants here for years, as the shops have changed around him!

Three cafes have opened in close succession, one is a national chain and the two others are locally owned. Caffe Eleganza is situated in Broad Street next to the travel agency.
