Gated entrance to Merrivale Farm
A housing development on the site of a former farm. Turnock's Tower, which can be seen beyond the gate, is part of an old engine house used to supply hot water to the farm and has been retained along with part of the folly wall.

A couple of sickly looking trees
Playing host to many clumps of mistletoe, this pair don't appear to have any signs of spring growth. I think they are ash. This is Merrivale Lane, with the Merrivale Farm development on the left and Chase Hill in the distance.
