Site of Ledbury Town Halt railway station
The former railway route is now a strip of greenery through Ledbury, part of Ledbury Town Trail.
This area immediately north of the junction of Bridge Street and Bye Street was the location of Ledbury Town Halt railway station which closed down in 1959 when passenger services on the line ceased.

Ledbury Christmas Auction of Dressed Poultry
Viewing before the crowds arrive. An annual part of my Christmas is the Show and Sale of Dressed Poultry by H. J. Pugh & Co., auctioneers. The 200 turkeys are on the right hand side while on the left from the far end we have chickens then geese, ducks, pheasants and partridge.

Auction of Turkeys
A Christmas ritual - buying our Christmas lunch at the auction held by H. J. Pugh & Co every year. A 55lb turkey went for a mere £55! I managed to get one goose and two turkeys this year.
