Viewing before the crowds arrive. An annual part of my Christmas is the Show and Sale of Dressed Poultry by H. J. Pugh & Co., auctioneers. The 200 turkeys are on the right hand side while on the left from the far end we have chickens then geese, ducks, pheasants and partridge.
