My favourite view of the B4594 road in Gladestry is right here, as Hergest Ridge can be seen standing proudly in the distance, as well as some local landmarks seen in the foreground too.

St. Mary's Church (Gladestry)
This is the main village church in Gladestry, and this is dedicated to St. Mary. Harold Godwinson founded the church not long before he was defeated by William the Conqueror in 1066. Much of the building is original, and the bell tower is the greatest feature overall. Viewed from a path by the B4594 road.
