The Orange Tree (1), 16 King Street, Hereford
Originally a house which served as the Rectory for the original St. Nicholas Church, which was demolished in 1841. At some point it became an inn and has been known as The Orange Tree Inn, and the Firefly. It is now one of the public houses run by Black Country Ales and has been much improved. The building itself has a late 19th century front and an early 17th century core. The original front part of the building is Grade II listed. Over the years the pub has had various owners and the sign has changed several times. In January 2010 it looked like this:- Image More 2023 photographs of this pub:- Image Image Image
