A four bay house dated 1745, although it has a C17th core. The doorway has a flat hood on carved brackets (Image]). Grade II* listed. Premises of chartered surveyors, Arkwright Owens. Next door are two similarly aged buildings subsequently restored. On the right is the Orange Tree pub (refronted by W.E.H. Clarke in 1907). Grade II listed.
